A naturally curious professional, I am passionate about exploring and learning across diverse fields. I hold a BA in Digital Design from the University of the Arts London (UAL) — where I lived for seven years — and have completed multiple courses in leadership and digital product management. More recently, I earned a second degree in Digital Marketing from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica

Led the end-to-end phygital experience for products and services, managing a team of 12+ interdisciplinary designers (Product Design, UX Research, UX Writing, and Service Design) across multiple company areas. Directed the development of Dasa’s main tool for scheduling exams, vaccines, and accessing diagnostic results, ensuring a seamless and integrated user experience. I am also responsible for leading Design System and Accessibility initiatives.
